Supporters of Upper Moutere School (SUMS)

We are a parent group who supports the school through organising various social events and fundraising. We have meetings a couple of meetings each term and these are advertised in the newsletter and on the Whiteboard outside the school office.

Next week  July 26-30 you will see us at the Book Fair in the school hall. Come and have a look at the selection of books on offer. A percentage of your purchases will go back to our school library.

Here Comes Summer Fair… This is our major Fundraiser for 2010. Funds raised this year will go towards developing our school library…new books and improved environment.

Our Here Comes Summer Fair is to be held on Saturday 30 October in our school grounds. We will need all of our school parents and family to help us run this event. In 2008 we held our first Fair in many years and raised $15,000. We used this to create our new playground. Wouldn’t it be great if we could raise a similar sum this year?

How can YOU HELP?

Now we are seeking donations of Goods and Services that we can offer in our Silent Auction. Do have something that we could Auction or do you have contacts or associations with companies, businesses or friends who may like to help our school community?
