Lateness

Too many children are arriving late to start school in the morning and for some this is a regular occurrence! One morning this week as I left school for a meeting at 9.00am I noticed 5 cars just arriving with children to start school. School had started 5 minutes earlier.

It is extremely disruptive and frustrating for teachers and other students to be interrupted by children arriving late, also the child who is late can be unsettled as they have not had the opportunity to get themselves prepared for their day of learning.

PLEASE can we improve on this?
