Our Stories

Room 6, as you are aware, have now hosted 5 guests who are living with a disability, have got to know them, photograph them and create their story. Last week was intense, challenging and extremely rewarding with our students not only learning a great deal about interacting with others but also technical skills to put together a digital story using a range of ICT.

I was impressed by the way our students were able to make their guests welcome, have empathy for them and respect them…WOW! These are very mature ‘asks’. We are very proud of you all.

The stories that were created will be shared once they have been edited in Christchurch.
